Balancing this chakra can provide you with an ease of communication and expressiveness you did not think you could posses.

Our feelings and emotions are developed and processed through the heart chakra. This includes our ability to feel tenderness, bitterness, courage, vulnerability, forgiveness and hurt among many others. The element of air and the colour green are linked to this chakra. When this chakra is balanced you may have a better understanding and acceptance of your life and the relationships you develop.

The heart chakra is one of the most important chakras for those who practice reiki, because an open heart allows for greater ability to transmit universal energies. It is extremely important for reiki practitioners & teachers to open up their heart chakra & the high heart. The heart chakra plays a significant role in circulating energy throughout the body.  Psychologically, energy blockages manifest themselves as interpersonal difficulties. People with blockages have difficulty connecting with others. They cannot "give their heart" to others.  As a result, they may be very lonely.  They may feel isolated and are often perceived as distant and cold. By opening and clearing the heart chakra, the body, mind, and spirit will have an better chance of self healing.  As universal life energy radiates throughout the body, a reiki practitioner will experience an enhanced form of Reiki healing when their heart chakra is open. It is helpful to do reiki often on your heart chakra & push the symbols into that area.

Teaching portion will begin Jan. 8, I will be giving lessons & input for the month of January, but this workshop will be available for several months after.


Just to clarify how this works, you can pay for the online workshops for reiki or herbals after you register on the forum. Let me know which one you want me to invoice you for & I will send a Paypal invoice by email. You don't need an account with them, its really simple, I've used this service for years.


Then I will post portions of the workshop several times during the month. You can access & print this info at any time to read it & make some of the remedies if you want to. You can post questions & comments at any time and I will be there to answer them.

REIKI FORUM CLASSES FOR JANUARY

JANUARY REIKI FORUM OFFERINGS, included in your monthly fee of $10

1. Energetic Hygiene Workshop

Your body as a spiritual habitat & psychic protection.
I know that some of us are having issues with some sorts of attachments, or at the very least unhealthy cords or stagnant aura.
We’ll discuss ways to keep your energy field clear.
We will do an exercise to clear your energy field in 3 ways.
We’ll do the cord clearing again, but slightly differently that it was done last month.
We’ll discuss stones to use to keep your energy field protected or cleared use stones to clear the aura during your session.

2. Root Chakra

We'll do a bit of the root chakra work that I teach in my Personal Healing Course. Discuss issues related to root chakra, some journal work, reiki work to do on your own, stones you could use for clearing the root chakra.

3. Distance Healing as a group

I will discuss how to set up some crystals or visualizations for doing distance healing & we can send distance healing as a group.

I will post #1 and #2 about 2 weeks apart. I would like for us all to do a lot of discussion on the forum about our experiences related to the Energetic Hygiene & the Root Chakra, and of course, anything else to do with reiki.

At the end of January, this section will be locked. Only those who paid for January will still have access to it. I will open a separate section for February.
