wild rose

wild roses are so beautiful! i use the twigs, leaves and blooms in teas (infusions), as a very gentle relaxing herb. in the fall the rose hips are ready, full of bioflavonoids for vein strength.

beautiful smudge sticks

https://pin.it/r3c2Xsg

i made a big basket of smudge sticks just like this out of herbs from my garden. cedar. sage, lavender, tansy, moonwort 🌀🙏🏼

plant consciousness

i use an app to mirror a photo to bring alive the spirit of the plant. this is a good way to see plant spirits and meditate on the plant. a little exercise in shamanic work. what do you see? what is the plant telling you? plants communicate with us all the time.
