Raw food breakfast
This makes a great breakfast, easy to carry with you to work or wherever, and keeps you full for hours.
CUT UP A BUNCH OF FRUIT
ADD SPROUTED QUINOA, SPROUTED LENTILS, SPROUTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS
HEMP HEARTS, RAW CACAO, ACAI POWDER,
SPIRULINA, BEE POLLEN (IF YOU ARE NOT
ALLERGIC TO BEE PRODUCTS)
POUR COCONUT MILK OVER IT
