Working with the merkaba and metatron’s cube and the torus field in my reiki classes! We use sacred geometry as a foundation for a lot of our energy work. Metatron’s cube has become the basis for my reiki attunements. And we work to rebuild the torus field of your energy field and align that with the torus field the the earth. 🙏🏼🌀

i have this set in my reiki room for chakra balancing. We use intention, guided meditations, reiki sessions with crystals and with sound to bring balance. i find that working through the chakras one by one brings deep healing
